I spent some time sorting my lumber before starting so that I could find what I had.These are some of the stick bundles, I may have to get my table saw out but I shouldn't need to buy much extra wood.

you can see that not all the cut pieces match the pan. the plans can expand or contract a little but this wont bother me much, I'll just build to match the wood.
